Our Wool is imported from New Zealand. It is 100% Pure Natural Sheep Wool. NZ Wool is one of the best wools in the World.

We offer complete customization services to all items. To avail customization services, you will need to contact us directly via the support form or email.

Our customization services also include the swapping of colors. We have more than 100 colors. All colors are prepared using azo-free dye.

Orders/Shipping/Returns

Please note that most of the order items are made-to-order (i.e. Production starts after order placement)  except for Felt Balls, Dryer Balls (dispatched in 2 days).
This also enables you to swap colors and any extra customizations by contacting us.

Since all of our felt products are handmade, which takes longer (due to felting process and sun-drying process) you can expect your product to be dispatched within 1-3 days of placing your order.

Laundry Dryer Balls and Felt Ball categories are dispatched within 2 days.

Once the order has been dispatched it is typically delivered by the Courier within the next 3-6 days.

You can create your account from the My Account section on our website. Click on Register account on the login page.

If you have typed in an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can change the shipping address before the order has been dispatched. Once, the order has been dispatched and handed to the Courier for delivery, a change of address is not possible. 

Please note that we are not obliged to refund your order in case of an incorrect shipping address provided by you when placing an order.

All Orders are trackable unless you have been notified that Tracking is unavailable. You can track your order from our order tracking page.

We use Secure Third-Party processors to process your payment. Hence, your info will not be saved or kept with us at any point.

As all of our products are manufactured and shipped from Nepal, we do not charge Sales Tax on orders shipped overseas.

If your order is large, It might be packed in separate boxes but they will be shipped and delivered together.

As all of our crafted felt items are handmade and colors are natural azo-free dye, please expect some minor differences from the pictures on the website.

If you have incorrectly received a wrong item. Please contact us immediately via our support email. Do not forget to take a picture of the item and attach it to the email.

Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the return process and ship your original item.

Quality is our top priority. As each of the craft is handmade individually, it is checked for damages and quality issues through out the process of making. However, sometimes the items may get damaged during shipping and other external factors.

If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately via our support email. Please do not forget to take a picture of the item and attach it to the email.

Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the process and re-ship your order.

Return Address is provided to you during the return process. This is because return addresses might be different depending on your location.

Order cancellations should be done with in 24 hours after the submission. We are not able to cancel the order after 24 hours.

Any Changes in Order should be communicated as soon as possible via our Order Support section. If there are any changes in the total amount of the order, you may need to make an extra payment or might be eligible for a refund.
