If you wish to return an item, you must notify us using our Online Support Form within 14 days from the date your order was delivered to you. Once we receive the return request, we will start the return process.
2. Return Conditions
- The item should not be opened.
- Tags and labels must be intact.
- The item should not be used.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Return Address
The return address will be provided to you during the return process. Please contact our customer service team at hello@woolfelted.com to initiate the return and receive the return address.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. If we are unable to refund to the original payment method, we will issue the refund to an alternative account provided by you. The account name for the alternative account must match the billing name on the original order.
